There are many places to gather. Hayag Bali exists to be a genuine one — natural, unforced, built from care rather than trend. A place to remember how to come back to ourselves, back to each other, and back to the living ecosystem we are part of.
Health, wellness & conversation
At its heart, what we do is health and wellness — through real conversations. In our sessions our founders have spoken on manifestation, neuroscience, biology, alkaline food and nutrition, and psycho-cybernetics, and on Ayurveda, Reiki, the doshas, sleep, and the foods that are right for your body.
Guest facilitators
We also invite practitioners from the community to share their craft. Past guests have spoken on kinesiology, acupuncture, and health and wellness.

Kilig is a Filipino warung in Peliatan, Ubud, and the place Hayag Bali calls home. It hosts our free Wednesday Lunch & Learns at 11 AM and is where we gather to share knowledge, meals and friendship — to learn something new, to eat well, and to build community around the table.
